These awards top off what has already been a big year for our team.
In 2024, we rebranded from SeaChange Accounting Solutions to Magnified – a name that reflects our focus on detail and our commitment to helping clients grow. We also refined our services to focus on proactive advice and expert accounting to help businesses succeed.
This shift has helped us deliver more value to our clients and build stronger partnerships. Our founder, Sandra Magann, was also named one of the Global Top 50 Women in Accounting, recognising her leadership and contribution to the profession.
The Professional & Business Services Award reflects our passion for what we do – helping ambitious business owners build great businesses so we can all contribute to making this community such a fantastic place to live and work.
We’re guided by “The Magnified Approach”. We define success with each client, develop a practical plan, and work together to make it happen. Backed by tools like Xero, Karbon, and Ignition, our systems help keep things simple and streamlined.
Being named Employer of Choice was especially meaningful because our team is everything! We’ve created a workplace where everyone is supported to grow through flexible work, career pathways, and shared values of Relationships, Integrity, Potential, Innovation and People.
Our team regularly takes part in learning programs that build both technical skills and the ability to communicate clearly, work well together, and support clients through complex challenges. One of the highlights of our workplace is sharing personal and professional insights through our “Magnified Bookclub” – because we love words as much as we love numbers!
Sandra started the business in 2012 after moving to Port Macquarie. She wanted to help business owners focus on what they do best, instead of being up all night balancing the books. Today, Magnified supports more than 300 clients across Australia, with a close-knit team at the heart of everything we do.
